These files are kept on "barge.cam-orl.co.uk" which is connected by a SLIP link into ORL running over a GSM Digital Cellular phone connection. Due to the fact that we forgot to bring the DC power lead (and the call charges) it is very unlikely that you will ever catch "barge" on-line yourself, so copies of the files in this directory will be mirrored on a filesystem at ORL.
